Spectators: 8408 (Terracing: 6306, Seating: 1934, VIP seats: 168) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iratzeder Betanzos kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Chichiriviche Deportivo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roldan Velastegui to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Iratzeder Betanzos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hondo Toledano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th match minute, La Salle S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Furman Terrazos to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Ermano Echeverria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chichiriviche Deportivo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermano Echeverria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Patricio Saz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hondo Toledano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iratzeder Betanzos, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Nacho Larquera hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Hondo Toledano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iratzeder Betanzos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to La Salle S.C. getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Roman Cotrofe hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes Chichiriviche Deportivo got a freekick which was hit by Roldan Velastegui. In the 43rdth minute of the game Iratzeder Betanzos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chichiriviche Deportivo's Hondo Toledano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Salle S.C.'s Iratzeder Betanzos got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, La Salle S.C.'s Clemente Geli got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lluterio Barrueta made a kick off. With his leg Hondo Toledano managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when La Salle S.C.'s Iratzeder Betanzos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roldan Velastegui in the 56th minute of play forced La Salle S.C.'s goalkeeper Patricio Saz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tiso Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hondo Toledano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iratzeder Betanzos went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute, La Salle S.C.'s Iratzeder Betanzos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Patricio Saz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermano Echeverria in the 78th minute of play. Clemente Geli kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Iratzeder Betanzos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hondo Toledano having to interfere. The nice shot from Iratzeder Betanzos in the 91stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Hondo Toledano had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Salle S.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
