Spectators: 8393 (Terracing: 6431, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 162) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nils-Åke Termander got the match started through his kick off. If Iratzeder Betanzos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in ArteGreg FC's zone, Furman Terrazos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fortun Mauriz came out of the goal and Furman Terrazos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Iratzeder Betanzos came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the La Salle S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iratzeder Betanzos couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Iratzeder Betanzos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fortun Mauriz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 22nd minute Nils-Åke Termander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Saz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Salle S.C. booed when ArteGreg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marquez Estevis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiso Gomez's late challenge caught a ArteGreg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiso Gomez helped the player get up and apologised. ArteGreg FC's Fortun Mauriz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save ArteGreg FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as La Salle S.C.'s Iratzeder Betanzos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fortun Mauriz. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iratzeder Betanzos got free with Fortun Mauriz in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Furman Terrazos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fortun Mauriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Iratzeder Betanzos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Salle S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Iratzeder Betanzos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iratzeder Betanzos was the one to do the kick off. ArteGreg FC's Fortun Mauriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iratzeder Betanzos in the 52nd minute of play. Furman Terrazos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils-Åke Termander kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of La Salle S.C. booed when ArteGreg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benino Bultes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the game, Eustacio Lander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ArteGreg FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Salle S.C. the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Iratzeder Betanzos managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Salle S.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Iratzeder Betanzos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortun Mauriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, ArteGreg FC's Benino Bultes got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, La Salle S.C.'s goalkeeper Patricio Saz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Åke Termander. After some careless play in the La Salle S.C. defense, Nils-Åke Termander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patricio Saz. The La Salle S.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patricio Saz should have stopped the shot. Patricio Saz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Nils-Åke Termander sent off a good shot on target. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
