Club Mercedes's Peyo Bustos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Club Mercedes's goal looked a bit too open when Chabier Gonzales came free, but Peyo Bustos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peyo Bustos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xurxo Lagala's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Peyo Bustos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chabier Gonzales in the 16th minute of play. Xurxo Lagala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Chabier Gonzales made a precise shot to the right of Peyo Bustos. Club Mercedes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Gartzen Portillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Peyo Bustos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gartzen Portillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Peyo Bustos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chabier Gonzales's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Xusto Algarte notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Club Mercedes's Peyo Bustos. Peyo Bustos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER were awarded a corner. Gomesano Campano went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER's Gartzen Portillo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some careless play in the Club Mercedes defense, Chabier Gonzales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peyo Bustos. The Club Mercedes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peyo Bustos should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Veronica Elorza made a kick off. Chabier Gonzales struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Peyo Bustos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER. In the 56th minute Veronica Elorza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandaili Rebollar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Chabier Gonzales left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Club Mercedes's Peyo Bustos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Club Mercedes from getting a goal against them. A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER's Xurxo Lagala got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 0-8 became the score in the 65th minute when Gartzen Portillo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Club Mercedes! Gomesano Campano shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Xurxo Lagala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Peyo Bustos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gartzen Portillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xurxo Lagala took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peyo Bustos. Peyo Bustos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. Peyo Bustos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chabier Gonzales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Club Mercedes's goalkeeper Peyo Bustos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xurxo Lagala. In the 92nd play minute Xurxo Lagala came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Peyo Bustos. 0-12. In the 96th minute Veronica Elorza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandaili Rebollar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded A. F. C. YELLOW FLOWER left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Mercedes.
