Spectators: 8394 (Terracing: 6298, Seating: 1930, VIP seats: 166) CF Coro's Servando Carriles started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Campo Helado's Iyan Colmenares got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, CF Coro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedroso Angosto to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute Servando Carriles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olivar Landeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olivar Landeta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Preciado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes Campo Helado got a freekick which was hit by Iyan Colmenares. Bihar Ribacoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iyan Colmenares in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Servando Carriles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lohitzun Salmeron struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Bihar Ribacoba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campo Helado. Bihar Ribacoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lohitzun Salmeron in the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of Campo Helado booed when CF Coro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedroso Angosto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lohitzun Salmeron made a kick off. After a rather tough play, CF Coro's Eutor Peramato got a free kick in the 51st minute. Hodei Bonal took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bihar Ribacoba. Bihar Ribacoba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eutor Peramato during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
