RedBull Maracaibo's Gabriel Outon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save RedBull Maracaibo from getting a goal against them. Marcellus Baumann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 贺旭浩, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kusko Carcel's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Gabriel Outon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcellus Baumann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modestio Pineda, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Deportivo Russo FC's Kusko Carcel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Outon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Laureano Herriaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Outon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. When Leonel Gabi came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Deportivo Russo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonel Gabi couldn't finish the play. Laureano Herriaga struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gabriel Outon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Russo FC. Marcellus Baumann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 贺旭浩's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Marcellus Baumann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juaneizu Linde in the 42nd minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modestio Pineda made a kick off. Marcellus Baumann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliazar Briseño in the 52nd minute of play. Kusko Carcel struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Gabriel Outon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Russo FC. Bertol Rienda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcellus Baumann came out and tried to block the shot, but Bertol Rienda slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 57th minute. Modestio Pineda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Marcellus Baumann managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when RedBull Maracaibo's 贺旭浩 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 64 minutes into the match, RedBull Maracaibo's goal looked a bit too open when Kusko Carcel came free, but Gabriel Outon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Deportivo Russo FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Laureano Herriaga hit a great ball. 贺旭浩 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Marcellus Baumann made a huge save. Kusko Carcel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laureano Herriaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kusko Carcel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Outon having to interfere. After some careless play in the RedBull Maracaibo defense, Laureano Herriaga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Outon. The RedBull Maracaibo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Outon should have stopped the shot. Gabriel Outon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Laureano Herriaga's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RedBull Maracaibo's zone, Laureano Herriaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Outon came out of the goal and Laureano Herriaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Laureano Herriaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
