Giovanni Koninkx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the match, Dravon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Palos Guillemez came free, but Giovanni Koninkx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Koninkx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Arrizabalaga in the 16th minute of play. Ostots Pascual might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Giovanni Koninkx. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giovanni Koninkx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Giancarlo Mori received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fernandez Lascano came out and tried to block the shot, but Giancarlo Mori slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 27th minute. Fernandez Lascano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Cantabrana, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to CA Guarenas getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Sansone Cardona hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ostots Pascual in the 44th minute of play forced Dravon FC's goalkeeper Giovanni Koninkx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albert Karlsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 80th match minute, CA Guarenas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inguma Cabarcos to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute, Giancarlo Mori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernandez Lascano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2.
