When Rufio Holguin fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Anzoategui SC's protests and gave Rufio Holguin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Real Anzoategui SC's Rufio Holguin got a free kick in the 6th minute. Horacio Fias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cambranes Bañuelos having to interfere. If Kemen Magdalena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cambranes Bañuelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matro Cardoso in the 13th minute of play. Tucusito's Raphael Elcano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Tucusito from getting a goal against them. Cambranes Bañuelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Fias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cambranes Bañuelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Fias in the 19th minute of the match. After 19 played minutes Real Anzoategui SC got a freekick which was hit by Lizardi Guiu. In the 21stth minute of the game Kemen Magdalena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Anzoategui SC's Cambranes Bañuelos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Kemen Magdalena put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cambranes Bañuelos. With an all-out effort, Real Anzoategui SC's Raphael Elcano threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lizardi Guiu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Tucusito fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Tucusito's Kemen Magdalena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of Tucusito booed when Real Anzoategui SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rufio Holguin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Horacio Fias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Kemen Magdalena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cambranes Bañuelos was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Cambranes Bañuelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kemen Magdalena's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Cambranes Bañuelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemen Magdalena in the 37th minute of play. Hug Palomarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Raphael Elcano made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Kemen Magdalena made the kick off in the second half. Raphael Elcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hug Palomarez in the 53rd minute of play. Raphael Elcano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Kemen Magdalena might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cambranes Bañuelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kemen Magdalena ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Cambranes Bañuelos managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Tucusito's Kemen Magdalena fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cambranes Bañuelos stood somewhat misplaced when Kemen Magdalena came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Kemen Magdalena in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cambranes Bañuelos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Raphael Elcano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curcio Morelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kemen Magdalena couldn't finish the play. Tucusito's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
