The supporters of Chivacoa Athletic booed when Almirante Brion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sein Sejomill didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernebe Ledesma in the 13th minute of play forced Chivacoa Athletic's goalkeeper Xavian Blea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Almirante Brion's goal looked a bit too open when Normando Barrasa came free, but Gao Wei Jing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gao Wei Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claus Bonachea in the 30th minute of play. Gao Wei Jing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Bonachea, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Claus Bonachea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Wei Jing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Almirante Brion getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Javiar Ufret hit a great ball. Xavian Blea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ponce Viera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Bernebe Ledesma reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Xavian Blea. The goal made the score 3-0. 46 minutes into the game, Bernebe Ledesma recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xavian Blea. Bernebe Ledesma showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claus Bonachea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Chivacoa Athletic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xavian Blea should have stopped the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Gao Wei Jing successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Oxel Mazarredo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chivacoa Athletic's protests and gave Oxel Mazarredo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chivacoa Athletic's Oxel Mazarredo got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd match minute, Chivacoa Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aritza Bugedo to maneuver through the defense. Xavian Blea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernebe Ledesma in the 78th minute of play. Chivacoa Athletic's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
