Tupe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zulia Caracas F.C. the free kick. The supporters of Zulia Caracas F.C. booed when Tupe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frantzes Morea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zulia Caracas F.C.'s Porfiro Idiaquez got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frantzes Morea struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Galo Caroll didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tupe. Flavio Andaltia succeeded in the game's 10th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Heriberto Ahumada came free, but Galo Caroll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galo Caroll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Andaltia in the 18th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tupe's zone, Cambranes Veraza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduardo Aniel came out of the goal and Cambranes Veraza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cambranes Veraza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Eduardo Aniel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Eduardo Aniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Tartalo Lecuona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 30 minutes, Tartalo Lecuona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zulia Caracas F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Tartalo Lecuona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Aniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porfiro Idiaquez in the 32nd minute of the match. Eduardo Aniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bero Guiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Galo Caroll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Andaltia in the 38th minute of play. Cordero Placencia hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Galo Caroll came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Tupe's Flavio Andaltia. But to his dismay, Flavio Andaltia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After having played for 47 minutes, Flavio Andaltia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tupe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Andaltia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The supporters of Tupe booed when Zulia Caracas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benat Doblas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute of the match Germano Muñoz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Galo Caroll skillfully saved the ball. Galo Caroll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etxekopar Escolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Andaltia in the 55th minute of play forced Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goalkeeper Galo Caroll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Zulia Caracas F.C.'s goalkeeper Galo Caroll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Etxekopar Escolar. After 76 minutes of play, Tupe's Heriberto Ahumada made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Galo Caroll was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Zulia Caracas F.C. booed when Tupe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a little luck, Zulia Caracas F.C.'s Galo Caroll got control of the ball when Heriberto Ahumada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tartalo Lecuona ran back to his position shaking his head. The Tupe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
