After taking down the ball on Barinitas's corner Gotzon Bulnes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Garcia Olivan quite easily take care of the ball. Eliu Iñiguez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Garcia Olivan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. When Abdelhani Laura Douibi came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Barinitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelhani Laura Douibi couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. Garcia Olivan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhani Laura Douibi in the 82nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Abdelhani Laura Douibi put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Garcia Olivan.
