In the 94th minute, Demario Velasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godfried Van Gertsuyden was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. There was no doubt that Petrol Latinoamérica were the better team. Petrol Latinoamérica's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
