Hilario Marcha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Melgosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. If Pablo-Enrique Melgosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the game, one of Escurra:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pablo-Enrique Melgosa shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Fidel Beyso's late challenge caught a A.C Rimini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Beyso helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of A.C Rimini booed when Escurra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidel Beyso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Gamus Airoldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Escurra's Hilario Marcha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo-Enrique Melgosa in the 34th minute of play forced Escurra's goalkeeper Hilario Marcha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pablo-Enrique Melgosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hilario Marcha having to interfere. Escurra were furious when Odol Cerna was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Gamus Airoldis short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Hilario Marcha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zacarias Pedroso hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The supporters of A.C Rimini booed when Escurra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evis Entrambasaguas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Escurra's Hilario Marcha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Escurra from getting a goal against them. A.C Rimini's Pablo-Enrique Melgosa got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th match minute, Escurra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Vilaplana to maneuver through the defense. Lizardi Blea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sten Liib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Escurra's Hilario Marcha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gamus Airoldi in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pablo-Enrique Melgosa in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hilario Marcha saved Escurra from getting behind. Hilario Marcha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gamus Airoldi in the 78th minute. Hilario Marcha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Escurra's goal looked a bit too open when Gamus Airoldi came free, but Hilario Marcha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Escurra's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo-Enrique Melgosa came free, but Hilario Marcha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
