Fausto Bedoya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ihazintu Morais in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Rey Guete recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fausto Bedoya. Rey Guete showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Yberia booed when Parguaza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolado Casasola didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Miguel Olmo fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parguaza's protests and gave Miguel Olmo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Parguaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Olmo to maneuver through the defense. Benat Deza took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aimar Salaya. Fausto Bedoya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Yberia's Fausto Bedoya got control of the ball when Ihazintu Morais tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matteo Obregon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Parguaza got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Olmo. Yberia's Fausto Bedoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ihazintu Morais in the 57th minute of play. Fausto Bedoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ihazintu Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Fausto Bedoya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ihazintu Morais went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 67th match minute, Parguaza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bastiaro Cainzos to maneuver through the defense. Ihazintu Morais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Rey Guete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parguaza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rey Guete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rey Guete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Bedoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ihazintu Morais in the 76th minute of the match. Rey Guete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fausto Bedoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Yberia's zone, Ihazintu Morais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Bedoya came out of the goal and Ihazintu Morais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Matteo Obregon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yberia's goalkeeper Fausto Bedoya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fausto Bedoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rey Guete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zarando Orellana was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. Zarando Orellana kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Parguaza walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
