Yoyonta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cris Campon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lizardi Blea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yoyonta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cris Campon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yoyonta FC's Piorno Vitoria was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 88 played minutes Yoyonta FC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo-Enrique Carrizo. The supporters of Yoyonta FC booed when Escurra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odol Cerna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilario Marcha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piorno Vitoria in the 93rd minute of play. Yoyonta FC played a much better game than Escurra and deserved their victory. The Escurra players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
