Pablo-Enrique Melgosa was slow to take the kick. During this time A.C Rimini's players had a chance to rest. From close distance Gamus Airoldi pressed in the 1-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 7 minutes into the game. Zacarias Pedroso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Cordarryl Peralta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordarryl Peralta was a little too slow when Pablo-Enrique Melgosa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Cordarryl Peralta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Petrol Latinoamérica booed when A.C Rimini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermano Boces didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sten Liib showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calisto Uruñuela in the 33rd minute of the match. Gamus Airoldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cordarryl Peralta having to interfere. A collision led to Petrol Latinoamérica getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Maria Avila hit a great ball. With a little luck, Petrol Latinoamérica's Cordarryl Peralta got control of the ball when Tavio Zumarraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Petrol Latinoamérica's zone, Pablo-Enrique Melgosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cordarryl Peralta came out of the goal and Pablo-Enrique Melgosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cordarryl Peralta was a little too slow when Tavio Zumarraga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 56 played minutes A.C Rimini got a freekick which was hit by Ermano Boces. Zacarias Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gamus Airoldi during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cordarryl Peralta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Melgosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Sten Liib made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Mañes in the 80th minute of play. Nataniel Launda was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, one of Petrol Latinoamérica:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Petrol Latinoamérica. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for A.C Rimini. Pablo-Enrique Melgosa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cordarryl Peralta. 4-0. Cordarryl Peralta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo-Enrique Melgosa in the 87th minute of play. Pablo-Enrique Melgosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Cordarryl Peralta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that A.C Rimini were the better team. A.C Rimini's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
