Jesús Meacock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nesto Biempica's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Fortunato Alaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mineros de Guayana FC's Raimundo Narganes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Mineros de Guayana FC from getting a goal against them.
