In the 22ndth minute of the game Savier Labora who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but iluminatis FC's Julio Corral was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tome Usel made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Georges Deleon sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute, Georges Deleon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lei Fei Song was the one to do the kick off. Alfredo Guardia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Julio Corral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Union Lara FC defense, Claudio Echeverri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tome Usel. The Union Lara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tome Usel should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd minute Francis Salazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Corral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Corral was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Veremundo Salz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 74 minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, iluminatis FC's Claudio Echeverri made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tome Usel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Union Lara FC made a substitution. Sayveon Cascajares replaced Txerran Velasco. Julio Corral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Veremundo Salz in the 82nd minute of play. Julio Corral was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Francis Salazar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francis Salazar really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. A collision led to iluminatis FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Xabel Valseca hit a great ball. Francis Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Claudio Echeverri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. iluminatis FC had won after a very even match.
