Indar Guerrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Cisneros in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Alvaro Mar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Jolis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Tarica's goal looked a bit too open when Tirso Durango came free, but Indar Guerrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Indar Guerrez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tirso Durango in the 39th minute of play forced Tarica's goalkeeper Indar Guerrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Indar Guerrez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezary Lewandowski's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, Linterna verde's Donostia Aragones got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Cezary Lewandowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Indar Guerrez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Indar Guerrez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tirso Durango in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eate Urguia in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Indar Guerrez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Tarica's goal looked a bit too open when Eate Urguia came free, but Indar Guerrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tarica's Indar Guerrez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Tarica from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Gonsalvo in the 81st minute of play forced Linterna verde's goalkeeper Siro Jolis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eate Urguia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Indar Guerrez. That made the score 1-4 in the 82 minute of play. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tarica's goalkeeper Indar Guerrez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Frasquito Mirantes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarica and the Linterna verde players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Frasquito Mirantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Linterna verde's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Cisneros in the 94th minute. After taking down the ball on Linterna verde's corner Aurelio Cisneros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Indar Guerrez quite easily take care of the ball. With his leg Indar Guerrez managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Linterna verde's Tirso Durango fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chants of Linterna verde echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Tarica had held the ball for most of the match.
