Marcos Bejar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Marcos Akerman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Culebreros Unidos's Marcos Bejar. Marcos Bejar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jaume Garrido hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Otilio Galindez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 minutes of play, Obrero Barquisimeto's Marcos Akerman made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Bejar was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Bejar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Akerman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcos Akerman took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Bejar. Marcos Bejar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 39 minutes into the match, Otilio Galindez notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Culebreros Unidos's Marcos Bejar. Marcos Bejar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute Otilio Galindez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Bejar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otilio Galindez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Culebreros Unidos's zone, Paulo Antoñana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Bejar came out of the goal and Paulo Antoñana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Akerman was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Marcos Akerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Obrero Barquisimeto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After some careless play in the Culebreros Unidos defense, Otilio Galindez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Bejar. The Culebreros Unidos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Bejar should have stopped the shot. Culebreros Unidos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Bejar, making the score, 0-8. Culebreros Unidos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Otilio Galindez scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Bejar, making the score, 0-10. Culebreros Unidos's Marcos Bejar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin in the 68th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otilio Galindez got free with Marcos Bejar in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Bejar came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Obrero Barquisimeto's Paulo Antoñana. But to his dismay, Paulo Antoñana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. Marcos Bejar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otilio Galindez took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Bejar. In the 79th match minute, Obrero Barquisimeto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otilio Galindez to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Bejar came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Obrero Barquisimeto's Otilio Galindez. But to his dismay, Otilio Galindez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. Marcos Bejar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Otilio Galindez in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Otilio Galindez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-14. Marcos Bejar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Culebreros Unidos's Marcos Bejar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Kipchirchir Pikin in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute Marcos Akerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Bejar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Obrero Barquisimeto could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Culebreros Unidos throughout the match.
