When Hanot Piña fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estudiantes de Merida FC's protests and gave Hanot Piña a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Estudiantes de Merida FC got a freekick which was hit by Hanot Piña. Amancio Pedrueza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Bruno Moneda shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. If Bruno Moneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Silverio Peralta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Bruno Moneda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Pedrueza was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute, Silvio Rainerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute Bruno Moneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amancio Pedrueza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Bruno Moneda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amancio Pedrueza was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd match minute, Estudiantes de Merida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hanot Piña to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hanot Piña to make the kick off. Bruno Moneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Amancio Pedrueza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amancio Pedrueza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrio Sobrido in the 56th minute of the match. Bruno Moneda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amancio Pedrueza came out and tried to block the shot, but Bruno Moneda slotted it home off the left post making it 1-12 in the 64th minute. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Mümtaz Teren was substituted for Bruno Moneda. In the 70th minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Mümtaz Teren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amancio Pedrueza. Amancio Pedrueza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-13. Mümtaz Teren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Amancio Pedrueza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Braulio Castulo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amancio Pedrueza. Amancio Pedrueza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-14. Amancio Pedrueza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mümtaz Teren in the 80th minute of the match. After 82nd play minutes Mümtaz Teren shot 1-16, a short shot which went by Amancio Pedrueza and just under the crossbar into goal. 87 minutes into the game, Braulio Castulo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-18. Amancio Pedrueza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Braulio Castulo got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rdth minute of the game Mümtaz Teren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estudiantes de Merida FC's Amancio Pedrueza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Braulio Castulo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amancio Pedrueza having to make a save. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
