The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zhuang Xing Tian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ortzi Goxenola in the 3rd minute of play. Zhuang Xing Tian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ortzi Goxenola, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Fribäck got free with Zhuang Xing Tian in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniel Fribäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zhuang Xing Tian having to interfere. Sesuldo Teijelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Loco Team FC got a corner. Unikurdos United F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edson-Arantes Pelé ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Loco Team FC's corner Edson-Arantes Pelé fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sesuldo Teijelo quite easily take care of the ball. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Luar in the 20th minute of play. Sesuldo Teijelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavino Luar, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Gavino Luar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Sesuldo Teijelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zhuang Xing Tian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Fribäck in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Karl-Johan Bollström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Unikurdos United F.C. defense, Edson-Arantes Pelé kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sesuldo Teijelo. The Unikurdos United F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sesuldo Teijelo should have stopped the shot. Sesuldo Teijelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edson-Arantes Pelé, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Unikurdos United F.C.'s Hever Zapatero was substituted for Joaquin Champ. Loco Team FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edson-Arantes Pelé in the 36th minute. The corner led Loco Team FC's Edson-Arantes Pelé to fire away a dangerous shot which Sesuldo Teijelo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Loco Team FC booed when Unikurdos United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaizka Mendieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 40 played minutes, Loco Team FC's Edson-Arantes Pelé shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sesuldo Teijelo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loco Team FC reached it. In the 42nd minute Daniel Fribäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuang Xing Tian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sesuldo Teijelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Erauso in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute of the match, Marco Erauso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sesuldo Teijelo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edson-Arantes Pelé ran over to the corner to take the kick. Daniel Fribäck might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zhuang Xing Tian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Fribäck ran back to his position shaking his head. Unikurdos United F.C. made a substitution. Gorka Astola replaced Ortzi Goxenola. In the 64th minute of the game Herbert Kalinowski made a throw-in which Gonzalo Vito played forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gorka Astola in the 65th minute of play forced Loco Team FC's goalkeeper Zhuang Xing Tian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gorka Astola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Zhuang Xing Tian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loco Team FC's Emeterio Galindo was substituted for Arthur Schopenhauer. Sesuldo Teijelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Erauso in the 74th minute of play. Loco Team FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emeterio Galindo in the 83rd minute. Herbert Kalinowski kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Rojelio Carrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuang Xing Tian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Unikurdos United F.C. getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mieszko Siekierka hit a great ball. If Gavino Luar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gavino Luar fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loco Team FC's protests and gave Gavino Luar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute Gorka Astola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuang Xing Tian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Unikurdos United F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Loco Team FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Loco Team FC.
