Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Casa Conejo's Christian Rodrigues started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joesph Kane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Todd Hilliard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mountain Lake AFC's Jared Hurd shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Todd Hilliard but with some difficulty. Vicente Cortez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joesph Kane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Todd Hilliard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth Braswell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Cortez in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Mountain Lake AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Cortez came free, but Kenneth Braswell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Joesph Kane who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casa Conejo's Todd Hilliard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sydney Frye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Todd Hilliard stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nolan Santos's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joesph Kane to make the kick off. Sydney Frye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todd Hilliard having to interfere. Chance Whaley kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Joesph Kane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Todd Hilliard read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lionel Nieves during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Mountain Lake AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lionel Nieves to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Mountain Lake AFC's goalkeeper Kenneth Braswell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Cortez. Mountain Lake AFC's Sydney Frye got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joesph Kane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todd Hilliard having to interfere. Sydney Frye sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Casa Conejo's goalkeeper Todd Hilliard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Casa Conejo's zone, Joesph Kane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Todd Hilliard came out of the goal and Joesph Kane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joesph Kane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mountain Lake AFC's Joesph Kane in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casa Conejo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89th minute, Christian Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute Joesph Kane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Todd Hilliard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mountain Lake AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
