With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanford Leslie in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jared Bryant saved Auburn Hills FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanford Leslie in the 35th minute of play forced Auburn Hills FC's goalkeeper Jared Bryant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rich Medrano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 72nd match minute, Auburn Hills FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon Stubbs to maneuver through the defense. Rich Story, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal.
