Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Andy Dawson made the kick off and thus started the match. Lane Wiley came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Sonaldynho FC's Tad Jewell. But to his dismay, Tad Jewell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Mendenhall AFC's zone, Tad Jewell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lane Wiley came out of the goal and Tad Jewell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Mendenhall AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tad Jewell came free, but Lane Wiley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jeff Stringer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sonaldynho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeff Stringer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lane Wiley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tad Jewell sped through Mendenhall AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lane Wiley. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Tad Jewell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sonaldynho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tad Jewell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lane Wiley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Mendenhall AFC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Rick McIntosh hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Dawson in the 30th minute of play forced Mendenhall AFC's goalkeeper Lane Wiley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Andy Dawson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lane Wiley was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35thth minute of the game Tad Jewell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mendenhall AFC's Lane Wiley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mendenhall AFC's Lane Wiley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tad Jewell in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Tad Jewell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lane Wiley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Jeff Stringer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lane Wiley. Mendenhall AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeff Stringer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 43 minutes, Tad Jewell made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mendenhall AFC's Lane Wiley tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 47 minutes into the match, Mendenhall AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Andy Dawson came free, but Lane Wiley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Mendenhall AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sonaldynho FC were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Young Engel to make the kick off. Lane Wiley made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tad Jewell in the 54th minute. Lane Wiley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Jeff Stringer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Lane Wiley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terrance Wall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lane Wiley having to interfere. Mendenhall AFC's Lane Wiley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Mendenhall AFC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 73 minutes, Terrance Wall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sonaldynho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Terrance Wall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lane Wiley made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Wes Garrett sent off a good shot on target. Lionel Hammer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Young Engel, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Terrance Wall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lane Wiley having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Sterling Abernathy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tad Jewell came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Sonaldynho FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tad Jewell couldn't finish the play. After 85 played minutes Mendenhall AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rick McIntosh. After having played for 86 minutes, Jeff Stringer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sonaldynho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeff Stringer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lane Wiley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Lionel Hammer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Young Engel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rory Berg during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sonaldynho FC booed when Mendenhall AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rory Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jeff Stringer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
