With an extended leg and a bit of luck Terrell Harrell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the last second Terrell Harrell throw himself and got hold of the ball when Adrian Silviano in the 47thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Madeira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxwell Crusher was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marotto Futebol Clube's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
