An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Holder in the 3rd minute of play forced Pine Ridge's goalkeeper Jeffrey Dukes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sid Peralta in the 6th minute of play forced Jeffersonville's goalkeeper Brendon Duff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emmanuel Rasmussen fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pine Ridge's protests and gave Emmanuel Rasmussen a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 11 minutes, Kris Morin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pine Ridge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kris Morin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sid Peralta struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Brendon Duff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pine Ridge. Pine Ridge's Jeffrey Dukes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Holder in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Pine Ridge getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pascal Black hit a great ball. Rusty Camacho was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, one of Pine Ridge:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pine Ridge. When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, Jeffersonville's Wilber Kuhn got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jeffrey Dukes. When Pascal Black fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pine Ridge's protests and gave Pascal Black a yellow card for diving instead. Bryce Nunez kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sid Peralta in the 46th minute of play forced Jeffersonville's goalkeeper Brendon Duff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sid Peralta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jeffrey Dukes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waylon Starkey in the 58th minute of the match. If Sid Peralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brendon Duff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Travis Sanchez in the 65th minute of play. Sid Peralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Brendon Duff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sid Peralta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendon Duff having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kris Morin during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 82nd minute of the game. One of Pine Ridge:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jeffersonville:s goal. Pine Ridge:s Jeffrey Dukes showed great skill when he stopped Wilber Kuhn:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Jeffersonville's zone, Sid Peralta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brendon Duff came out of the goal and Sid Peralta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Oscar Holder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeffrey Dukes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waylon Starkey's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Waylon Starkey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Jeffrey Dukes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 98 minutes into the match, Pine Ridge's Sid Peralta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brendon Duff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Jeffersonville had won after a very even match.
