Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Pierre Stroud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Farley having to interfere. Philip Arrington hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Missouri City FC's Pierre Stroud got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Quintin Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Missouri City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quintin Romero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Farley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Willis Keane didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giuseppe Vela went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Quincy Bauer lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Albert Farley went to the wrong direction when Paul Weathers was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Cesar Jacobson came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Missouri City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Jacobson couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Giuseppe Vela made the kick off in the second half. In the 60thth minute of the game Quintin Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tonganoxie's Albert Farley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierre Stroud in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Farley saved Tonganoxie from getting behind. After 62 played minutes Tonganoxie got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Friedman. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Pierre Stroud managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claudio Friedman charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudio Friedman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Missouri City FC booed when Tonganoxie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Friedman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Missouri City FC a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paul Weathers, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tonganoxie's Albert Farley. 2-1. After 81 minutes of play, Missouri City FC's Pierre Stroud made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Farley was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Stroud in the 86th minute of play forced Tonganoxie's goalkeeper Albert Farley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th match minute, Tonganoxie was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezra Lucero to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute Quintin Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Farley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tonganoxie's Claudio Friedman got a free kick in the 99th minute. Missouri City FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
