Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aurelio Sargent made the kick off which started today's match. Blair Osborne kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Day Heights FC's Devon Joyner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonzo Drummond in the 7th minute of play. Devon Joyner stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonzo Drummond's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, Chivas USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryant Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. Caleb Langley kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Biagio Scoca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devon Joyner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devon Joyner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonzo Drummond in the 15th minute of play. Bruno Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ben Person in the 17th minute. When Chivas USA's Biagio Scoca in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Day Heights FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute Chivas USA were awarded a corner. Biagio Scoca went to the cornerflag to take it. 25 minutes into the match, Chivas USA's goalkeeper Bruno Rocha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ben Person. 27 minutes into the game, Chivas USA's Biagio Scoca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Devon Joyner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Conrad Hull charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrad Hull the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chivas USA's Conrad Hull got a free kick in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Biagio Scoca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivas USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Biagio Scoca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Devon Joyner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Boggs hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes of play, Chivas USA's Biagio Scoca made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Devon Joyner was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th minute, Daniel Alvarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Biagio Scoca made a kick off. Chivas USA's Alfonzo Drummond was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Person in the 54th minute of play forced Chivas USA's goalkeeper Bruno Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Chivas USA's Biagio Scoca made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Devon Joyner was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60thth minute of the game Alfonzo Drummond who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Day Heights FC's Devon Joyner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 63rd play minutes Biagio Scoca shot 0-5, a short shot which went by Devon Joyner and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 71st play minute Biagio Scoca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Devon Joyner. 0-6. Devon Joyner made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Biagio Scoca sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Conrad Hull put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Devon Joyner. Alfonzo Drummond had several of the Day Heights FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 87 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Devon Joyner as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 93rd minute, Bryant Pacheco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Day Heights FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chivas USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
