The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vicente Ramsey's late challenge caught a Bartlesville FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Ramsey helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wallkill FC's Vicente Ramsey got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 14th minute Rolando Rucker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Larpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Derrick Caldwell having to interfere. Mitch Echols fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorio Galindo having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Mitch Echols cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gregorio Galindo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Bartlesville FC's Emmanuel Hemphill got a free kick in the 27th minute. Roderick Laird tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Derrick Caldwell. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 32nd minute. Emmanuel Hemphill hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Rucker was the one to do the kick off. If Teodosio Larpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 52 minutes into the match, Bartlesville FC's Teodosio Larpe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Derrick Caldwell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bartlesville FC's Gregorio Galindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dillon Myers in the 57th minute of play. Ronny Clemons hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Rucker in the 60th minute of play forced Bartlesville FC's goalkeeper Gregorio Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartlesville FC's Gregorio Galindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Rucker in the 68th minute of play. Denver Pujols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Derrick Caldwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitch Echols in the 74th minute of play forced Bartlesville FC's goalkeeper Gregorio Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Mitch Echols notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bartlesville FC's Gregorio Galindo. Gregorio Galindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Derrick Caldwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denver Pujols, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denver Pujols received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Derrick Caldwell came out and tried to block the shot, but Denver Pujols slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 86th minute. Bartlesville FC's Denver Pujols got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denver Pujols received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Derrick Caldwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bartlesville FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
