Clint Rosado came out of the goal and Ron Wade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the game, Enrique Scruggs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. South Venice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hackensack AFC the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Enrique Scruggs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Paris took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Derrick Sorensen. South Venice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Curtis Winston kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Rigoberto McCray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rigoberto McCray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clint Rosado having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ron Wade was the one to do the kick off. Hackensack AFC's Clint Rosado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ron Wade in the 63rd minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Enrique Scruggs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clint Rosado skillfully saved the ball. Clint Rosado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Wade, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The audience was convinced that Walker Calderwood's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Derrick Sorensen was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Ron Wade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clint Rosado having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rigoberto McCray got free with Clint Rosado in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Hackensack AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching South Venice's performance. The match ended with a win for South Venice.
