Spectators: 6711 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 0) Lovell AFC's Bernardo Ware started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Bo Mullins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute, Dwight Herring got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. W.T.G.'s Leif Bellamy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Mullins in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to W.T.G. getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Terrell Hurd hit a great ball. Bernardo Ware recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Bernardo Ware had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Quinn Dill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Austin Reyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Lovell AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Mullins to maneuver through the defense. Leif Bellamy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Ware, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lovell AFC's Bernardo Ware got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, W.T.G.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hector Dillon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quinn Dill made a kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Ware couldn't finish the play. In the 55th match minute, W.T.G. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sherman Avalos to maneuver through the defense. Hector Dillon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leif Bellamy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Hector Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Leif Bellamy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nathanial Esquivel hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Lovell AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
