Byron Felder started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Glendora booed when Gringous Virgous was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blair Weeks didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Foster Mansfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glendora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Foster Mansfield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7thth minute of the game Byron Felder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gringous Virgous's Will Alexander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christopher Erickson's late challenge caught a Glendora's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher Erickson helped the player get up and apologised. Christopher Erickson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Byron Felder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Byron Felder got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Foster Mansfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Will Alexander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Byron Felder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Alexander having to interfere. After 22 minutes of play, Glendora's Byron Felder made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Will Alexander was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Gringous Virgous's zone, Byron Felder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Alexander came out of the goal and Byron Felder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 minutes, Blair Weeks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gringous Virgous and the Glendora players grew even worse after the yellow card. 34 minutes into the game, Glendora's Foster Mansfield nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Will Alexander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Will Alexander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Byron Felder in the 38th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Leo Miranda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will Alexander was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Byron Felder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Gringous Virgous got a freekick which was hit by Ronny Burnham. Gringous Virgous's Will Alexander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Gringous Virgous from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dominic Nickerson was the one to do the kick off. Will Alexander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Foster Mansfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Byron Felder came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Glendora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Byron Felder couldn't finish the play. Byron Felder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Byron Felder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Foster Mansfield got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot by Wayne Harden from long distance, 66 minutes into the match, got Frankie Renteria's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 67 minutes into the match, Byron Felder notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Gringous Virgous's Will Alexander. Will Alexander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Otto Gifford kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Foster Mansfield left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glendora fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kraig Blanco during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kraig Blanco kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Foster Mansfield scored 6-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Will Alexander, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Glendora were the better team. Glendora's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
