Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rene Rosales made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Mukwonago's zone, Rene Rosales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johnathon Graham came out of the goal and Rene Rosales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Myles Mata's late challenge caught a Mukwonago's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Myles Mata helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Stone's Myles Mata got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Lee Moon came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Mukwonago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lee Moon couldn't finish the play. After 14 played minutes Stone got a freekick which was hit by Juan Novak. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Christie in the 16th minute of play forced Stone's goalkeeper Shane Castillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Richard Christie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mukwonago's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stone the free kick. Richard Christie kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The Mukwonago fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Mukwonago's Theron Magee looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Zachariah Gorman hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Richard Christie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Shane Castillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th match minute, Stone was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilmer Lord to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Lee Moon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shane Castillo was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Richard Christie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Rene Rosales managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stone's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Rosales was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute Lee Moon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Castillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Stone players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mukwonago were winning 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Christie to make the kick off. Shane Castillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuel Vickers in the 52nd minute of play. Lee Moon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shane Castillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Richard Christie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shane Castillo having to interfere. Lee Moon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Shane Castillo made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Lee Moon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mukwonago's supporters rose to their feet, but Lee Moon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shane Castillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terry Andrews fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnathon Graham having to interfere. Terry Andrews received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Johnathon Graham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Stone's goalkeeper Shane Castillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lee Moon. Lee Moon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Shane Castillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Richard Christie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute of the match, Lee Moon got a very nice opportunity to score, but Shane Castillo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Richard Christie came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Mukwonago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Christie couldn't finish the play. Lee Moon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Shane Castillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shane Castillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Christie in the 93rd minute of the match. When the match was over Mukwonago could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Stone throughout the match.
