Jackson Cummings made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvatore Bower in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Rancho Rinconada AFC's Terrance Leonard got a free kick in the 4th minute. With a little luck, Rancho Rinconada AFC's Jackson Cummings got control of the ball when Salvatore Bower tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Helms kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Jackson Cummings took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Curtis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 7 played minutes Rancho Rinconada AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Doherty. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guy Curtis in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jackson Cummings prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12thth minute of the game Guy Curtis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rancho Rinconada AFC's Jackson Cummings was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Salvatore Bower had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvatore Bower received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jackson Cummings tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Middleton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Vela in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guy Curtis in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jackson Cummings saved Rancho Rinconada AFC from getting behind. Gilberto Vela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Middleton having to interfere. Jackson Cummings made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvatore Bower in the 29th minute. Guy Curtis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Jackson Cummings when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emery Key kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Salvatore Bower recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Rancho Rinconada AFC's Cole Elias got a free kick in the 39th minute. When GAIS's Guy Curtis in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rancho Rinconada AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Guy Curtis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Vela to strike the kick off in the second half. Salvatore Bower struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jackson Cummings didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GAIS. After having played for 55 minutes, Guy Curtis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAIS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guy Curtis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Salvatore Bower had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Terrance Leonard kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Guy Curtis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Rancho Rinconada AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Guy Curtis came free, but Jackson Cummings reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, GAIS's Guy Curtis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jackson Cummings made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Guy Curtis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salvatore Bower recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Salvatore Bower's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jackson Cummings was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 86thth minute of the game Guy Curtis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rancho Rinconada AFC's Jackson Cummings was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salvatore Bower sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. GAIS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
