The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martin Gipson struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Scottie Hollis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Halls AFC. Scottie Hollis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Arthur in the 5th minute of the match. Sidney Alvaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Scottie Hollis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martin Gipson in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Scottie Hollis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 9 minutes into the match, Halls AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Lane Medrano came free, but Jackson Baggett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Economy's Lane Medrano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jackson Baggett. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. After 13 played minutes Economy got a freekick which was hit by Willie Guidry. In the 17th minute, Lane Medrano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jackson Baggett was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Bryon Post did an outstanding performance 23 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 3-0 to the right of an irritated Jackson Baggett in the goal. When Halls AFC's Martin Gipson in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Economy's goalie prevented a goal. Omar Arthur charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Omar Arthur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 32 minutes into the match, Halls AFC's goalkeeper Jackson Baggett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johnathan Franco. Scottie Hollis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Gipson's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After some careless play in the Economy defense, Sidney Alvaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Scottie Hollis. The Economy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Scottie Hollis should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Sidney Alvaro made a precise shot to the right of Scottie Hollis. Economy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Gipson was the one to do the kick off. Lane Medrano struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Jackson Baggett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Economy. Bryon Post took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jackson Baggett. Halls AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Scottie Hollis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sidney Alvaro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 61 minute of play. Halls AFC's Jackson Baggett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lane Medrano in the 65th minute of play. Jackson Baggett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teddy McCain in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Sidney Alvaro notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of Economy's Scottie Hollis. Scottie Hollis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Derek Lund during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Derek Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Halls AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sidney Alvaro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Halls AFC booed when Economy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lane Medrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 78th play minutes Sidney Alvaro shot 3-5, a short shot which went by Scottie Hollis and just under the crossbar into goal. Martin Gipson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Martin Gipson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Scottie Hollis. That made the score 3-6 in the 84 minute of play. Scottie Hollis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Gipson in the 89th minute of the match. Scottie Hollis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Gipson went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-7 was the resulting score. The Economy supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Halls AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Halls AFC.
