Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gary Humphries kicked off to start the match. Duncan Miller made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Rafael Flanagan sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Flanagan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duncan Miller having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Roseau FC's Wally Carmona got a free kick in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melvin Aaron during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Roseau FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Melvin Aaron hit a great ball. If Rafael Flanagan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wallace Shook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Freddy Flood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Kerry Parrish hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wallace Shook recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Roseau FC's zone, Gary Humphries stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duncan Miller came out of the goal and Gary Humphries tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roseau FC's Duncan Miller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gary Humphries in the 44th minute of play. Rafael Flanagan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Duncan Miller firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wallace Shook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Freddy Flood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

53 minutes into the match, Wallace Shook notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of San Luis FC's Freddy Flood. Freddy Flood was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Freddy Flood made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wallace Shook in the 57th minute. If Gary Humphries had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Roseau FC's Werner Gamble in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Luis FC's goalkeeper Freddy Flood, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Roseau FC's Werner Gamble in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Luis FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gary Humphries in the 90th minute of play forced Roseau FC's goalkeeper Duncan Miller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Roseau FC's zone, Gary Humphries stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duncan Miller came out of the goal and Gary Humphries tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
