Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucien Huston started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucien Huston in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thurman Gorman saved Blackfoot FC from getting behind. Thurman Gorman came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Apple Valley's Jeffrey Aguirre. But to his dismay, Jeffrey Aguirre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Jeffrey Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miles Padilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Marcos Weldon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Caleb Novak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apple Valley's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blackfoot FC the free kick. After 13 played minutes Apple Valley got a freekick which was hit by Caleb Novak. Apple Valley's Jeffrey Aguirre got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lucien Huston had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Weldon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Buckner in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Lucien Huston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stephen Patrick in the 24th minute of play forced Blackfoot FC's goalkeeper Thurman Gorman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Apple Valley booed when Blackfoot FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey Warren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes, Hans Buckner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blackfoot FC and the Apple Valley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stephen Patrick's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thurman Gorman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Jeffrey Aguirre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Apple Valley's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeffrey Aguirre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thurman Gorman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Stephen Patrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bennett Courtney made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Caleb Novak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thurman Gorman was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Apple Valley's goalkeeper Marcos Weldon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bennett Courtney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the match, Blackfoot FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucien Huston came free, but Thurman Gorman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Miles Padilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Miles Padilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackfoot FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With his leg Thurman Gorman managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Apple Valley's Stephen Patrick fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 74 minutes into the match, Blackfoot FC's goalkeeper Thurman Gorman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeffrey Aguirre. When Bennett Courtney came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Blackfoot FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bennett Courtney couldn't finish the play. Jeffrey Aguirre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Thurman Gorman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucien Huston blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thurman Gorman having to make a save. When Caleb Novak came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Apple Valley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caleb Novak couldn't finish the play. After 86 minutes, Caleb Novak made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Blackfoot FC's Thurman Gorman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thurman Gorman made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Caleb Novak sent off a good shot on target. Thurman Gorman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeffrey Aguirre in the 96th minute.
