Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jared Dolan charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jared Dolan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 2nd minute, Jared Dolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliot Downey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Barajas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Delhi AFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Leland Chavez hit a great ball. Elliot Downey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shannon Randall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jared Dolan in the 16th minute of play. Glen Connolly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 21 minutes of play, Delhi AFC's Trey Brock made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shannon Randall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnoldo Barajas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliot Downey in the 24th minute. DeAndre Paulson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shannon Randall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from DeAndre Paulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Delhi AFC defense, Elliot Downey kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnoldo Barajas. The Delhi AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnoldo Barajas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Delhi AFC's Hugh Mason got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After 44 played minutes Peterborough AFC got a freekick which was hit by Glen Connolly. If Jared Dolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronny Kurtz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Barajas having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Delhi AFC's zone, Glen Connolly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Barajas came out of the goal and Glen Connolly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elliot Downey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Barajas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Elliot Downey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Barajas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Milo Willard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peterborough AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Milo Willard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Barajas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elliot Downey struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Arnoldo Barajas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peterborough AFC. Arnoldo Barajas came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Peterborough AFC's Elliot Downey. But to his dismay, Elliot Downey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Milo Willard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Elliot Downey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Barajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliot Downey in the 76th minute of the match. Arnoldo Barajas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elliot Downey, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elliot Downey in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Barajas saved Delhi AFC from getting behind. Ronny Kurtz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Barajas having to interfere. Arnoldo Barajas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glen Connolly, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 87 minutes of play, Peterborough AFC's Elliot Downey made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Barajas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donald Izturis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Barajas having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milo Willard during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Peterborough AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milo Willard to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Peterborough AFC were the better team. Peterborough AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
