Spectators: 7504 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) Casey Ivey started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Douglas Vinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Jaen in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Severino Jaen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, White Rock AFC's goalkeeper Douglas Vinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casey Ivey. If Cory Godwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desmond Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darius Agoos in the 25th minute of play. Mojave's Casey Ivey got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Vinson made an important save on a dangerous shot by King Lewis in the 29th minute. After 33 minutes of play, Mojave's Casey Ivey made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Douglas Vinson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, Casey Ivey notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of White Rock AFC's Douglas Vinson. Douglas Vinson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the match, Darius Agoos notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mojave's Desmond Mata. Desmond Mata was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Casey Ivey might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Douglas Vinson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Casey Ivey ran back to his position shaking his head. Douglas Vinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casey Ivey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Severino Jaen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Jaen struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Douglas Vinson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mojave. Severino Jaen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Vinson having to interfere. When Casey Ivey came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Mojave fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casey Ivey couldn't finish the play. Cory Godwin hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Severino Jaen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Vinson having to interfere. Douglas Vinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casey Ivey in the 76th minute of play. Severino Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Douglas Vinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Mojave's Casey Ivey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Vinson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Casey Ivey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Severino Jaen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Douglas Vinson was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Mojave's Severino Jaen got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Mojave were the better team. Mojave's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
