After some careless play in the Boca CF defense, Ted Braxton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Craven. The Boca CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Craven should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Weston Childs in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Pujols prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Weston Childs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Juan Pujols having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ari Doran during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Boca CF booed when Kellogg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Shoemaker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Weston Childs scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Pujols, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Craven was a little too slow when Randolph Rangel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-1. If Weston Childs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Pujols made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon Chadwick in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Kellogg FC's Ted Braxton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tommy Craven. That made the score 3-1 after 44 minutes of play. Daron Garrison kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ted Braxton made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Juan Pujols managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Boca CF's Weston Childs fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Weston Childss short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Juan Pujols to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Daron Garrison's late challenge caught a Kellogg FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daron Garrison helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Boca CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Son Bagley to maneuver through the defense. Boca CF's Tommy Craven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Braxton in the 65th minute of play. Boca CF were furious when Basil Harmon was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 67 played minutes Boca CF got a freekick which was hit by Basil Harmon. Boca CF's Tommy Craven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ari Doran in the 70th minute of play. Tommy Craven showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ari Doran, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 77th minute, Carl Benedict got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boca CF made a substitution. Willie Joiner replaced Rodrigo Barnett. Weston Childs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Pujols having to interfere.
