Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Von Ball got the match started through his kick off. Truman Crowder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute, Von Ball fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dalton Klein, passed just outside the right post. Myrtle Grove's Dalton Klein proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Myrtle Grove from getting a goal against them. Von Ball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Von Ball in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalton Klein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Earl Gagne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willard Parsons in the 18th minute of play. Aaron Toth kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Myrtle Grove defense, Von Ball kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalton Klein. The Myrtle Grove fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalton Klein should have stopped the shot. With splendid footwork Von Ball arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-0 by the left pole in the game's 24th minute. Dalton Klein didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Von Ball managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Pittsburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Von Ball was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalton Klein breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Von Ball in the 34th minute of play forced Myrtle Grove's goalkeeper Dalton Klein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalton Klein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Von Ball, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, West Pittsburg's Thad Denton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalton Klein narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 minutes of play Myrtle Grove's Aaron Toth was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Myrtle Grove's Aaron Toth got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When West Pittsburg's Thad Denton, in the 54th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for West Pittsburg. Von Ball recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dalton Klein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Von Ball, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Dalton Klein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Von Ball in the 65th minute of play. Dalton Klein didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Von Ball went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willard Parsons during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th minute, Willard Parsons hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Von Ball struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Dalton Klein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for West Pittsburg. Thad Denton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalton Klein having to interfere.
