Vince Spivey's late challenge caught a Bensenville FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vince Spivey helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bensenville FC booed when Stade City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Spivey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Stade City's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Manley came free, but Alfred Hinton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Manley in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Hinton saved Stade City from getting behind. Alfred Hinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Manley in the 12th minute of play. Vince Spivey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bennett Harman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Alfred Hinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Manley, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Bensenville FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Vince Spivey scored to the left of an out of position Bennett Harman, making the score, 1-0. After 23 minutes, Murray Bingham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stade City and the Bensenville FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Murray Bingham hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Stephen Shearer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Bennett Harman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfred Hinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Milo McClellan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Reynaldo Manley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Hinton having to interfere. Stade City's Alfred Hinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Manley in the 35th minute of play. Harvey Vilter hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldo Manley made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Stade City's Stephen Shearer made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bennett Harman was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Alfred Hinton managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Bensenville FC's Reynaldo Manley fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 57th minute, Stade City's Murray Bingham seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Murray Bingham the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Stade City protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Murray Bingham had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stade City! After 68 played minutes Stade City got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Morrow. The supporters of Bensenville FC booed when Stade City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Vilter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stade City's Son Delaney was substituted for Stephen Shearer. In the 81st match minute, Bensenville FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milo McClellan to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Manley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bensenville FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stade City the free kick. After 84 played minutes Bensenville FC got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Manley. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylvester Velazquez in the 93rd minute of play forced Stade City's goalkeeper Alfred Hinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, D.J. Bonds left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bensenville FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2.
