Sammy Livingston could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Zachery Montes made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspur's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Tripp came free, but German Farr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nigel Devine's late challenge caught a Tottenham Hotspur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
