Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daren Moore made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Daren Moore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Scot Calderon. East Williston AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daren Moore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Daren Moore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scot Calderon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Foster Stiles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Scot Calderon came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Orange's Kareem Gregg. But to his dismay, Kareem Gregg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 27 minutes into the game, Steve Purcell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Marcus Whitney was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emmanuel Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 30 played minutes Orange got a freekick which was hit by Daren Moore. Tom Blackburn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Whitney having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Steve Purcell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Emmanuel Vincent was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. East Williston AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orange the free kick. In the 37th minute, one of East Williston AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for East Williston AFC. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Orange. Tracy Hare stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Scot Calderon. 1-3. After 42 minutes of play, Orange's Daren Moore made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Scot Calderon was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Daren Moore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Daren Moore came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Orange fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daren Moore couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nik Končina was the one to do the kick off. Daren Moore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Scot Calderon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When %teams%'s Daren Moore was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-5 just inside the left pole, 60 minutes into the game. Scot Calderon was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Daren Moore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Scot Calderon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tom Blackburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tom Blackburn struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Marcus Whitney didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for East Williston AFC. Daren Moore received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Scot Calderon came out and tried to block the shot, but Daren Moore slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 69th minute. Ari Donahue took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Scot Calderon. East Williston AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Foster Stiless short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Scot Calderon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Scot Calderon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Foster Stiles in the 77th minute. After 77 played minutes East Williston AFC got a freekick which was hit by Tom Blackburn. After a defensive mix-up in East Williston AFC's zone, Daren Moore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Scot Calderon came out of the goal and Daren Moore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ari Donahue fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orange's protests and gave Ari Donahue a yellow card for diving instead. Scot Calderon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daren Moore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Foster Stiles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Scot Calderon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 88 minutes, Nik Končina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Williston AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nik Končina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
