Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oren Enriquez got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Giuseppe Godfrey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New London FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Vista the free kick. In the 5th match minute, New London FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Godfrey to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Oren Enriquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Weeks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Vista booed when New London FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy McCray didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alejandro Cannon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Steven Weeks tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steven Weeks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Cannon, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Oren Enriquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, New London FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Cannon came free, but Steven Weeks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New London FC's Steven Weeks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Cannon in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Alejandro Cannon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alejandro Cannon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to La Vista getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Neil Hutchison hit a great ball. La Vista's Noel Thornton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save La Vista from getting a goal against them. La Vista's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Chase Crandall scored to the left of an out of position Noel Thornton, making the score, 1-0. In the 43rd minute Chase Crandall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Thornton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Neil Hutchison's late challenge caught a New London FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neil Hutchison helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, La Vista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Neil Hutchison to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Giuseppe Godfrey managed to get in a good position for a shot. New London FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuseppe Godfrey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Thornton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chase Crandall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Thornton having to interfere. When Oren Enriquez came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the La Vista fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oren Enriquez couldn't finish the play. Chase Crandall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Noel Thornton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Giuseppe Godfrey put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Noel Thornton. If Alejandro Cannon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chase Crandall in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Noel Thornton prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute, Alejandro Cannon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, La Vista's goal looked a bit too open when Chase Crandall came free, but Noel Thornton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejandro Cannon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steven Weeks having to make a save. If Oren Enriquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oren Enriquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven Weeks having to interfere. Noel Thornton came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by New London FC's Anson Simms. But to his dismay, Anson Simms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 97thth minute of the game Giuseppe Godfrey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Vista's Noel Thornton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. New London FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of La Vista for a fine match.
