Sean Daley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Sherman Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Heriberto Connor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sherman Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sean Daley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Sean Daley made a precise shot to the right of Sherman Santiago. West Milton's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 22nd match minute, King-Clovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Lynn to maneuver through the defense. Danny Delgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shaun Guinn in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute Heriberto Connor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sherman Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Heriberto Connor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shaun Guinn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Delgado having to interfere. In the 38th minute, King-Clovers's Heriberto Connor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sherman Santiago. Sherman Santiago yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Sean Daley took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sherman Santiago. Sherman Santiago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 44th minute, Sean Daley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heriberto Connor to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, King-Clovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucien Carter to maneuver through the defense. Heriberto Connor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sherman Santiago having to interfere. Sherman Santiago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heriberto Connor's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Heriberto Connor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sherman Santiago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sean Daley in the 65th minute of play forced West Milton's goalkeeper Sherman Santiago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, West Milton's Shaun Guinn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. King-Clovers's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
