Vicente Reeder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sean Daley managed to get in a good position for a shot. King-Clovers's supporters rose to their feet, but Sean Daley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Reeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vicente Reeder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heriberto Connor, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Tom Lynn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vicente Reeder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sean Daley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Ticonderoga's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Lynn came free, but Vicente Reeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ticonderoga's Vicente Reeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sean Daley in the 35th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norman Rhoades was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Reeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heriberto Connor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Heriberto Connor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Reeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Sean Daley made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Reeder. Ticonderoga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Jonas Snell's late challenge caught a King-Clovers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonas Snell helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Ticonderoga got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Snell. With a little luck, Ticonderoga's Vicente Reeder got control of the ball when Sean Daley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sean Daley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Vicente Reeder made a huge save. Sean Daley's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vicente Reeder firmly grabbed it by the left post. Norman Rhoades received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Danny Delgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Reeder made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sean Daley in the 78th minute. A hard shot by Gregg Guerra from long distance, 81 minutes into the match, got Vicente Reeder's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Heriberto Connor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ticonderoga's Vicente Reeder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Heriberto Connor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Reeder was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Ticonderoga's Vicente Reeder got control of the ball when Sean Daley tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Reeder made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Sean Daley sent off a good shot on target. Cason Swain was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 90th minute of the match Willie Burks sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vicente Reeder skillfully saved the ball. After 94 minutes of play, King-Clovers's Tom Lynn made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Reeder was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over King-Clovers could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ticonderoga throughout the match.
