Vernon Ibarra hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Wheatley Heights's Vernon Ibarra got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wheatley Heights reached it. Landon Bonds might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Keenan Nielsen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Landon Bonds ran back to his position shaking his head. Vernon Ibarra struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Keenan Nielsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wheatley Heights. If Brian Bassett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Landon Bonds to make the kick off. Keenan Nielsen made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Brian Bassett sent off a good shot on target. Keenan Nielsen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vernon Ibarra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. The Office FC's Keenan Nielsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save The Office FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 60 minutes, Vernon Ibarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wheatley Heights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vernon Ibarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, The Office FC's goal looked a bit too open when Landon Bonds came free, but Keenan Nielsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Vernon Ibarra took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Keenan Nielsen to make any attempt to save it. 71 minutes into the match, The Office FC's goal looked a bit too open when Landon Bonds came free, but Keenan Nielsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian Bassett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keenan Nielsen having to interfere. If Vernon Ibarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Landon Bonds quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 93 minutes into the match, The Office FC's goalkeeper Keenan Nielsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Bassett. The audience was convinced that Landon Bonds's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keenan Nielsen was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Keenan Nielsen made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Weldon Bearden sent off a good shot on target.
