Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ted Kent got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Westway AFC's Keenan Daniels got control of the ball when Brendan Sterling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zachariah Buckner charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zachariah Buckner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Victor Earl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Plummer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Keenan Daniels was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Zachariah Buckner capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zachariah Buckner really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Calderwood in the 20th minute of play forced Lakeway AFC's goalkeeper Jonathan Plummer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lakeway AFC's Jonathan Plummer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ted Kent in the 21st minute of play. Jonathan Plummer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Pruett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Pruett struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Plummer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westway AFC. In the 33rd minute Arthur Pruett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Plummer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Westway AFC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Westway AFC's Arthur Pruett looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 44 minutes into the match, Arthur Pruett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Plummer. Lakeway AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arthur Pruett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

In the 52nd minute, Arthur Pruett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raphael Peterson charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raphael Peterson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, Raphael Peterson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ted Kent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jonathan Plummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Bailey Osborn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keenan Daniels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zachariah Buckner in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keenan Daniels saved Westway AFC from getting behind. Ted Kent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute, Dallas Woodall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Lakeway AFC's Brendan Sterling got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Arthur Pruett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jonathan Plummer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Ted Kent reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Plummer. The goal made the score 1-3. Keenan Daniels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bailey Osborn in the 85th minute of play. Westway AFC were furious when Victor Earl was red carded, 89 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Victor Earl hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Rupert Mendez, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Westway AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
