Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Billy Burr started the match with the kick off. When Val Verda's Wesley Gregory in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Vista's goalie prevented a goal. After 8 played minutes La Vista got a freekick which was hit by Willis Carlton. Errol Maxwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Gregory in the 10th minute of play. After 19 played minutes, Val Verda's Damon Landreth shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Errol Maxwell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Val Verda reached it. Vito Garza charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vito Garza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Vito Garza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wesley Gregory struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Errol Maxwell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Val Verda. Billy Burr's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simon Thayer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Simon Thayer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Burr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, La Vista's Billy Burr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simon Thayer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Simon Thayer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosario Bolden in the 34th minute of the match. Hans Rios hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Deshawn Guevara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errol Maxwell having to interfere.

The wind increased when Wesley Gregory made the kick off in the second half. Billy Burr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Thayer having to interfere. In the 63rdth minute of the game Wesley Gregory who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Vista's Errol Maxwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 65 played minutes La Vista got a freekick which was hit by Lewis Davenport. Errol Maxwell came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Val Verda's Damon Landreth. But to his dismay, Damon Landreth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Deshawn Guevara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Errol Maxwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Val Verda getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Roger Fuentes hit a great ball. Rosario Bolden's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Simon Thayer skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 80 played minutes Val Verda got a freekick which was hit by Hans Rios. After 82 minutes, Rosario Bolden made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Val Verda's Simon Thayer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Errol Maxwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wesley Gregory, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Thayer was a little too slow when Rosario Bolden got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 96th minute, Wesley Gregory got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. La Vista had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
